The robust SITA DynoTester+ is the hand-held tensiometer for fast laboratory measurements for simple control of cleaner or surfactant concentration in cleaning, rinsing or electroplating baths. It directly shows the measuring results on a comfortable display and alerts the user if defined limit values are exceeded.

Descibtion

The SITA DynoTester+ is a robust and easy to handle tensiometer for measuring the process parameter surface tension. Because of a clear operating concept and the possibility to preset the bubble lifetime maloperation as well as measuring deviations are highly unusual. Thus, the mobile device is especially suitable for atline routine measurements in cleaning or electroplating processes.

The tensiometer measures the dynamic surface tension of liquids using the bubble pressure method. The bubble lifetime will be set and controlled automatically by the DynoTester+, no drift and readjustmets by the user required. Basic knowledge about surface tension and the operating of the device is not necessary.

The measuring data can be stored within the device or transferred to a computer. Measurement parameters can be regulated by the user to prevent unwanted adjustments. This can be done by using the Windows-Software SITA ProcessLog.

    Measuring principle

    Like all SITA tensiometer, the SITA pro line t15 is based on the bubble pressure method for measuring the dynamic surface tension of liquids.

    The principle of the bubble pressure method is, that an air stream is lead through a capillary into the process liquid. A sensor measures the pressure which is needed to generate a bubble (mehr...).

    Software

    The Windows-Software SITA-ProcessLog allows easy control of all functions of the tensiometer with the PC as well as a comfortable management of the saved measuring data.
